About Catering

Liberty Catering was established in 2002 and is run by Gaile & Pat Hayes. Pat & Gaile have both qualified in Hotel and Catering Management, many, many moons ago. They have worked in the industry, both in Ireland and abroad. They moved back home to Thurles after living and working in the gourmet capital of Ireland, Kinsale, for many enjoyable years.
